REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Safa Bliss Naturals purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Defective or damaged products received

Partial Refund Conditions:

  • Products returned without original packaging (packaging cost deducted)
  • Returns within 7 days (subject to approval)

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Used or opened products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Damage due to misuse or normal wear
  • Custom or personalized products

REFUND PROCESS

How to Request:

  1. Email support@safabliss.pk with order number
  2. State reason for refund request
  3. Provide photos & video if claiming damage/defect
  4. Wait for our response within 24 hours

Processing Time:

  • Refund approval: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days after receiving returned items
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 additional business days

Refund Methods:

  • Card Payments: Refunded to original card
  • Bank Transfer: Same account used for payment
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to your account

Return Shipping:

  • Customer pays return shipping (unless our error)
  • Use traceable shipping method
  • We recommend getting shipment insurance

Quality Issues: If you experience quality issues:

  • Contact us immediately with photos & video
  • We may offer replacement before requiring return

Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with product performance within 30 days, contact us for a solution.
