REFUND ELIGIBILITY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Safa Bliss Naturals purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Eligible for Full Refund:
- Defective or damaged products received
Partial Refund Conditions:
- Products returned without original packaging (packaging cost deducted)
- Returns within 7 days (subject to approval)
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Used or opened products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products returned after 7 days
- Damage due to misuse or normal wear
- Custom or personalized products
REFUND PROCESS
How to Request:
- Email support@safabliss.pk with order number
- State reason for refund request
- Provide photos & video if claiming damage/defect
- Wait for our response within 24 hours
Processing Time:
- Refund approval: 1-2 business days
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after receiving returned items
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 additional business days
Refund Methods:
- Card Payments: Refunded to original card
- Bank Transfer: Same account used for payment
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to your account
Return Shipping:
- Customer pays return shipping (unless our error)
- Use traceable shipping method
- We recommend getting shipment insurance
Quality Issues: If you experience quality issues:
- Contact us immediately with photos & video
- We may offer replacement before requiring return
